Dr. Shamloo and her staff were very helpful and accommodating to my daughter and I. We we’re asked by our Orthodontics before to see this clinic for my daughter to continue her orthodontic treatment. Dr. Shamloo was very warm and honest to us and we’re so surprised that she even took the time to look for another orthodontist who uses the same kind of braces as my daughter is wearing. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for a professional and knowledgeable orthodontist with a heart.

I took my 7-year-old son to see Dr. Taylor today for a second opinion as my son started having crowding teeth. We find Dr. Taylor very knowledgeable, experienced, and extremely nice and patient. She carefully examined my son's teeth from every angle and explained our options. She also showed us many pictures and teeth models from her past patients which was very helpful in understanding the different scenarios. What impressed me the most is Dr. Taylor's approach to take into consideration of the patient's growth and development when thinking about orthodontic treatment, and not jumping into any conclusion too early. When I took my son to another orthodontist about a month ago, he recommended serial teeth extraction to deal with the crowding starting with extraction of two baby teeth now. I was very concerned if it's the right thing to do for a 7-year-old and just needed to get a second opinion. After all once a tooth is taken out, it's irreversible, and I do not want to make any rash decision that I'll regret later. I booked an appointment to see Dr. Taylor after reading all the good reviews online, and she absolutely exceeded my expectation. I have so much confidence in her and will for sure bring my son back when it's time to start his orthodontic treatment. The staff at the reception is also very friendly and professional. I'd recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

We switched over to Dr Taylor from the recommendation of my sister's family after we had a very bad orthodontic office experience elsewhere. My son has full confidence in her having gotten a thorough explanation of the process and her thinking on why one option is better than another. She is happy to see how things go and let teeth develop naturally rather than hurry things along and get teeth pulled before their time.

Most recently, I had a situation and the wonderful customer service staff, Erika, went above and beyond to help me. I am very grateful to her . She has been so professional, so courteous, empathetic and supportive. All the staff and Dr Taylor, DR Shamloo and DR Brandon are just amazing, they make you feel at home and will answer any questions or concerns you have with kindness and lots of smile!

Very warm and friendly. Dr Taylor and the staff are wonderful. They always have been that way since the 90s! Yes I have been a client of theirs for that long :) Very good about explaining everything and what the plan is. Questions, concerns are always addressed. Emergencies? They will fit you in that same day despite being very busy.

The words to sum up Dr. Taylor and Dr. Shamloo: Integrity and PerfectionIntegrity - Other Orthodontists wanted to start our kids' braces way early. Dr. Taylor wanted to wait for their jaws to properly grow and would see our kids every 9 months to check their teeth and jaw formations. We only paid the initial consultation fee and saw her for 3-4 years before our kids had braces.Perfection - My daughter's braces are coming off today after 3.3 years. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Shamloo wanted to make sure (I mean triple sure) that the teeth are perfect ensuring they do not return to the state before the braces. The before and after the braces is simply stunning.Their ortho assistants and staff are just wonderful, caring, professional and go beyond every single time. AAA class all the way!

Coquitlam Orthodontics has very friendly, helpful and caring staff.My daughter ran out of elastics for her orthodontic treatment and her orthodontic office was closed for 1 week. My daughter was starting to panic because she had to fly to Quebec for a school field trip the next day.I went to 4 different orthodontic offices nearby but they didn’t have the same kind of elastic. Finally, I went to Coquitlam Orthodontics, but they didn’t have it either. However, Erica who worked at the front desk was super friendly, helpful and caring. She helped me call around to other places, eventually 1 place had them so I went to that place and finally got the elastics for my daughter.About 20 minutes later, Erica called me to follow up to make sure I got the elastics, even when my daughter is not even their patient.Erica and Coquitlam Orthodontics, thank you very much for your help, it is much appreciated! I will definitely mention this orthodontic office to my family and friends.

Such a great experience at Coquitlam Orthodontics! All the staff are very professional and pleasant. Dr.Taylor is very realistic and gives it to you straight, which I really appreciate.
